Dude, I'm Czech and I don't think this is funny. I am a happy person and take life easy, but really... thinking that women are finally fun only when they are liquored up as matejkahoun suggests is one of the most sexist things I've heard. it is actualy quite sexist but well its a Czech advertisement. Czechs will laugh at anything. I have never met a Czech woman who would complain about the ad. Most of them laugh at it. One of the latest czech ads was about their upcoming eu presidency. The ad was basicaly that they will sweeten it up to europe (which has two meanings in czech, first is literal translation that they will make it sweet for eu. and second, more common is that they will make it a real pain for eu.).
